This pub was a Whitbread house in the 80s which was unusuall for York the pub now has one real ale on the bar which was John Smiths cask,this is more of a locals pub. | |

This is a large pub away from the middle of York it was a Stones house in the early 80s but it is now a Thwaites tied house and has their very nice beers on the bar i tried Lancaster Bomber which was ok. | |

This is a station bar but also has an entrance outside the station. It is only worth going in here if your waiting for a train and want a drink of beer there was only one real ale on and this was Davenports bitter which was'nt that good. | |

This is a York Brewery tied house that was opened in 2001 in a busy tourist area it has one longish room and a good choice of real ales on the bar we had Yorkshire Terrier and this was a very nice drink. | |
