ORIGINAL REVIEW Jan 2011 This was my first visit to this well reviewed pub and I enjoyed the experience. The central pillars break the interior in two, with a large seating lounge well lit by the large windows, while the bar on the other side of the pil... [more>]

An impressive looking building facing Ripley's Market Square. This is a stand alone building that is just about separated on the left by a narrow alleyway. This pub has recently been refurbished and taken over by Amber Inns. The large interior has tw... [more>]

This is a former Belhaven pub in the centre of Stirling, opposite the ‘Spoons and Brewdog outlets, but is now under the inevitable care of Greene King. The pub looks like it’s going to be a bit of a barn from the outside, but it’s actually quite a mo... [more>]

Interesting place. A micropub as far as I am concerned but you could call it a café bar, bistro or coffee shop if you want - it makes no real difference! Excellent beer and service so it will do for me!

This is more like a traditional micropub. A fairly plain single room with limited seating. Again friendly service and excellent beer quality. I would call in any time I am in the area.

Standard pub well described below. It didn't leave me thrilled or disappointed. Quite busy on my visit and decent enough beer. I wouldn't miss it out of a pub crawl!

Quite modern on the inside, this is a decent enough pub. 4 ales on during my visit. Not a bad place and I was glad I called in.

Another good Lichfield pub in a town with plenty good pubs. 3 beers from the Joules range plus 2 guests which were in good shape. Happy to call in again.

Another quality pub in Lichfield. 7 ales on including beers from Otter and Holdens. I went for the otter and it was spot on. A must do for me in the area.
