As well described in previous reviews, although any description will struggle to capture the place. Suffice it to say it has an excellent selection of both beers and 'artisan' food. I could do without the rather loud and slightly random indie music though.

Visited this 2019 Good Beer Guide bar last month and agree very much with the previous review. Th bottle shop is impressive with massive can and bottle selection, and the ground floor is very much a cafe/var feel to it. We went up a few steps on the ground floor for the table seating there, but I had to go up another floor to get the beers we wanted and bring it downstairs, and we were directed to toilets 2 floors up and found later that there was one down in the bottle shop. Good selection of cask and craft beers and we chose Pomona Island Session IPA Mosaic and Citra.

Multi-roomed sister pub to the original on Stonegate converted from a saddlery. The ground floor is very café bar in style with big girly friendly windows. There are a few seats and a sofa up a couple of steps to the rear. Upstairs there are two more public rooms and a bar which wasn't open on our Monday lunchtime visit. Above that is the kitchen, toilets and 2 function rooms. Downstairs is a craft beer shop where beer can be bought to take out or drink in for a small charge. The upstairs rooms are decorated with all sorts of bric-a-brac. The food menu is based on Yorkshire tapas, we didn't try any of those, but we shared an excellent charcuterie board which was great value. Three handpumps and several keg taps on the bar and both my pints were in excellent nick. We'll be back here both for the beer and the charcuterie.
