This was a Cafe Rouge,then pizzeria Proove but has been reopened by the people who ran the Quiet Man on the otherside of Parliament Square in October 2025,hence the name. It's a work in progress,the old pizzeria signage is still up,while the small bar to the left of the entrance is quite sparse,there are plans for handpumped ale in the future.Appears to be open most days ,just 3-9 on Mondays but check first.
I will update as the beer offering expands,good luck to the former Quiet Man team who ran a decent pub there.
