Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Fiery Grill & Curry

The strangely named Fiery Holes is now the Fiery Grill & Curry, but it's still very much a community pub as well as offering a wide range of hot dishes and operating as a takeaway service. Retains two decent-size bars, with further small seating / dining areas to the rear and side of the lounge. Limited decor and plainly but tidily furnished. No real ale, unfortunately, and the Sharp's Hell Weathers IPA was gone, so the 'smooth' keg version of Banks's Original (£2.70) had to suffice.

Now called the Fiery Grill & Curry. Pretty self explanatory really!

A large modern detached Marstons pub, with front facing gable. The lower half is in exposed brick, the upper half in timber cladding. There is a beer garden. It looks a little unkempt, with an overgrown play area, problems with graffiti and glass on the car park.

The interior has a couple of rooms at least, though the bar was the only room open at my visit. The lounge is very big and used for karaoke/music nights and is in the same decor as the bar that I could see. The bar is an L-shaped room, and in a clay colour, with cream wood panel, cream upper wall and ceiling, with a red tile floor. There is a pool table at one end, which is in clay and wood panel. There is a dart area as well. There is a small typical Banks’s styled tiled fire place. There were a couple of TVs, on not on, the other showing Tenko. A few pictures were on the walls, a couple of motor –bikes that I noticed. There was no music. The service was friendly and there were a few mature locals in when I visited.

Beer; all keg stuff with Banks’s MILD, no real ale. Had a shandy, which was fine.

Nothing for the real ale fan. One for the locals
