Part of the expanding local micro-pub mini-chain, this converted shop unit is pretty much exactly what you would expect. However, there is another small room with a couple of extra tables at the back to supplement the bar area seating. Mostly light decoration and some feature lighting help enliven the place too. Four real ales on handpump, with Butty Bach, White Star from Titanic, Burton Bridge's Sovereign Gold and Bewdley Sunshine (£3.90) available on my visit.

The pick of the watering holes in this area. I like this little chain of micropubs. This is the fourth one I have visited and they have all been pretty good. Four ales on - Salopian Whole Truth, Butty Bach, Titanic Iceberg and Dancing Duck Ay Up. We went for the latter which was excellent. Well worth a visit.

We also found the friendly barman on our visit, according to Peter's review below, plus a few decent pints of Bristol Beer Factory Notorious. This was our second Ale Hub visited after St Peter's Worcestershire. The layout of fixtures and fittings were fairly similar, which was good along, with the prices. Four ales on handpump Butty Bach, Thornbridge Brother Rabbit, Titanic Anchor and Bristol Beer Factory Notorious.
