Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Bistrot Pierre
Until happening upon this chain's Torquay branch I had never given its outlets a second thought, firmly assuming that they are just French restaurants. However, although they certainly fit that bill, and the vast majority of the floor space is given over to those dining, they do also have a separate bar area (and in this case a patio area out on the pavement too). Better still, cask ale seems to be a feature too, albeit just Purity Pure Gold (£4.80, but in good shape) from the solitary handpump in this case.
