When I arrived here on what was now early Saturday evening the place was deserted, bar two other single guys on the inside tables.
The bar area on the left as you enter has an easy to understand large chalk board on the back wall above it and some young enthusiastic serving staff behind it and strangely, as the reviewer below mentions, there were a range of beers with both cask and keg versions available with the cask at 25 to 30p a pint less. I actually went for a keg beer that didn’t have a cask version in the shape of something called Twistin’ which turned out to be a hoppy easy drinking Märzen with a half at £2.10 for a 5.4% craft beer. This made it the most expensive beer of my weekend but that wasn’t an issue for me as I only had to consider what it would have cost me if I was drinking an equivalent craft beer in one of the venues in the railway arches of the Bermondsey beer mile.
I took it to some comfortable seating opposite all the shiny brew kit at the back and sat there thinking that this is a half decent brewery and tap room with decent beer and enthusiastic staff and it really deserves better patronage than it was getting. Fortunately whilst I was sitting there several large mixed groups entered so that by the time I left the outside bench seating was almost being fully utilised which was good to see.
This bar also scored for having some of the best toilets of the places visited over the two days and I always like a place that recycles kegs as urinals.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Triple Point Brewery & Bar

Brewery and tap housed in a plain modern shed, but quite nicely done inside with an open bar area and the brew-plant to one side further back behind a glass screen. Also has about as much seating again outside at wooden tables on the front yard. Five real ales being dispensed from the two banks of three handpumps, with four of theirs - including the Session IPA (£1.80, half) - and Aldwark Frankenstein Porter as a guest. Perhaps oddly, keg versions of the same four beers were also available, together with Twistin' and the Helles lager. Although in a rather uninspiring former industrial area, it is located inside the ring road so not far from the city centre and worth the short walk if you want to try something a bit different.

Following the demise of Sentinel, the brewery has risen from the ashes and is now called Triple Point. I suppose that one advantage of buying a business that has gone into administration is that you don't have to charge sky-high prices for your product, and my half of Triple Point Debut IPA 5.5% at £2 (when I had paid a similar price for a 3.3% session beer three years ago under the previous management) illustrates this. Other problems remain, like the lack of some beers on the bar at the time of my visit, caused (I was told) by one of their new beers selling out after proving more popular than anticipated and nothing being ready to replace it. Anyone familiar with my prejudice against new world hops will be surprised that I enjoyed an IPA featuring simcoe and mosaic, but this was because (whether by accident or design) the brewer had achieved a fair degree of bitterness (40 IBUs apparently) rather than the expected modern style tasting of fruit juice. I expect to be back for more in the near future.
