Hidden away down a back alley, and easy to miss if you don’t know where to look. The pub has a quiet terraced garden at the front which forms the end of the alley. Inside, there is a single long bar which is comfortable and pleasant. The clientele here were the more civilised element, and the landlord was both welcoming and chatty. Two ales on, Otter Amber and Bitter, which were in excellent condition. The best bet we’ve found in Honiton and definitely somewhere to revisit.

A little brick terraced place, down a little quiet back alley, with a small beer garden.
The interior has two rooms; a bar in wallpaper and brick, and a lounde, with the black beam and white look. There was lots of old pictures and prints, brass and other ornaments, such as jugs. The service was ok, it was very quiet and the easy listening music was of a decent level. There was also a dart board.
Beer; usual tap stuff of course, with Otter Ale and Bitter, had a quick half of both - which were good.
A very nice little place that i would return to.

A cute little pub with beer garden,very friendly staff. Worth a visit!
