The Carters Arms is just down the road from the Chapel House, the pub was painted in a gawdy looking baby blue colour when i went in it.
Once inside the pub had a few different rooms and i had a drink in the bar which was quite a nice room.
When i went in this pub it was a Greenalls tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Greenalls bitter which was ok but nothing special, the other beer was Greenalls mild.
The beer was fairly cheap here and not at normal Greenalls prices, probably because the pub is so close to the the Chapel House with the excellent and very cheap Holts beers on the bar.
