A largish pub of one big room with a large garden behind. Obviously remodelled which hasn’t done the layout any good, there’s a raised area to the left of the rectangular room, counter opposite, some columns or the remnants of walls intrude in between with various size tables in the way. A disappointing array of keg solos and a keg cocktail T-Bar face you on entry, there are more along the counter hidden by another pillar and then a solitary handpull. Often a single is not a good sign but on this occasion it dispensed a reasonable Black Sheep Bitter. Plain decor with larger old photos, part carpet part board, there’s some sort of DJ stand in one corner and a pool table in front, a machine guards the corridor to the toilets and there’s a couple of screens, I thought I heard piped local radio as a sound track but it was ads on the telly.

The Original keys is a large looking pub in the middle of Driffield.
This pub had been opened out inside and had a modern look to it which was'nt to my taste,there was only one real ale on the bar this was Pedigree which was drinkable but nothing special
