Standard Irish bar quite close to the tube station. We had a decent pint of Guinness before moving on.

This is a small Irish bar in an interesting building that is located next to a busy main road. There was a table and four chairs outside during my Saturday afternoon visit, but these are mainly for smokers as it’s not the best location for al fresco drinking. The bar itself is a small horseshoe shape with a couple of screens for showing Sky Sports and there is a standard draught selection. I was served a couple of decent pints of Guinness by a friendly barmaid and there was a decent atmosphere for the Grand National.
This place is handy if passing, but I wouldn’t make this a destination pub.

Glad I checked before visiting; this venue is rather inappropriately named, as they do not serve real ale. No rating left.
