Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Cafe Rouge
Somebody had to come on here to see what's what, and completely unsurprisingly it's the usual fake continental café-style bar / restaurant (albeit larger than most). As with its neighbours, it has a long front terrace overlooking the dock that gets very busy after work in the better weather. The tables are largely set for dining, but there is still a reasonable amount of space to stand or sit around the main door and central counter (which is located up a couple of steps). Draught beer selection limited to Stella, Hoegaarden and Leffe Blonde (£2.75, half).
