WhatPub describes this as a "Large, imposing 3-story flint faced, brick-built pub" but as a local reviewer below mentions, it is indeed reverse TARDIS-like, with a small central bar with three counters in the middle of a lightning bolt-shape internal layout. The main room which I entered into from the car park was boxy, and consisted of tall tables and chairs, looked down upon by numerous TV screens, showing half-time adverts on my Sunday afternoon flying visit. Despite WhatPub's promise of up to 3 real ales, I couldn't see any handles all, only various banks of bar-mounted keg fonts (founts?), which led to me plumping for a half of Beavertown Neck Oil at £3.30 for the privilege. The previous reviewer's "community hub" comment rings true and there are various A-boards outside touting numerous attractions and events and it was well-populated during my brief sojourn. I can't see myself returning here, but it's not the worst pub in the area, even if it is more Aldershot in character than Farnham.

A basic locals' pub on a busy road. The pub dates from Victorian times and has had only minor architectural changes to form a single long bar with an exposed brick fireplace at one end and a counter at the other. There is a good sized car park and a terraced garden at the back. The bar is carpeted and has gaming machines, a pool table and TV screens to provide entertainment. They hold regular quiz nights, curry evenings, bingo and disco events and the pub is a community hub. The staff were pleasant enough, but as outsiders we didn't feel particularly welcomed by the locals. Only one ale on, TEA, which was only just drinkable. It's a decent enough local but I wouldn't stop here again.

Housed in a rather large building, once inside it seems a little Tardis in reverse,a smallish drinking are on one side and a dinning area to the other. The decor is a little shabby as evidenced by some peeling paint here and there and could do with a lick of paint. Two handpumps were in evidence, The dreaded Doombar on one the other had a clip reversed, I was unable to see what it was, plenty of tap stuff to keep the Lager drinkers happy. There were two TV screens on,one showing golf silently the other Sky News with sound but competing with some golden oldie soundtrack played at the same level ,all rather confusing. It was beginning to fill up with an after work crowd and seemed a popular place, but nothing really to make me want to return.
