A quaint looking pub at the bottom of a steep hill. 2 rooms that have a modern style to them. The servery has 6 handpumps on but only 3 were on today serving Little Valley Crag Vale, Pennine Hair Of The Dog and their own Navigation Inn beer. A pleasant little place.

Quite an old building housing a two room pub overlooking the canal, inside is in modernish style with traditional furnishings and old photo decor. Five pulls include a cider, an own badge (Tetleys) and a guest from Moorhouses which was very acceptable.

Pleasant little pub quite close to the canal. Don't try and find it using the post code, it will be miles out. It's not even on Holmes Road really it's on Chapel Lane. It's an L shaped room inside with a bit of seating outside both front and back. Loads of bric-a-brac around the place with comfortable seating and dining style tables. They close in the afternoon during the week, so they had only just reopened when we called in on Tuesday. Several handpumps on the bar but only 3 on. I had a pint of Copper Dragon Golden Pippin which was fine. We had to take the other halfs glass of red wine back though as it was poured from a bottle that appeared to have been open for weeks. It's a pleasant enough little place. It's down a very steep hill, but we'd probably call in again.
