Alan Winfield left this review about The Wickham Arms

The Wickham Arms is a large pub and hotel which is quite close to the busy crossroads.
It is best to enter the pub from st peg lane, what looks like the main front to the pub is now more of a coffee shop, but you can walk through from it.
Once inside the main room is L shaped, the room looks quite smart being carpeted and having chesterfield settees and normal tables and chairs, there is a pool table to the rear right and a small snug to the rear left which had a TV on showing horse racing.
There is a large restaurant/dining room down a few steps to the front left.
There were 10 pumps on the bar on the three sides of it,i had a drink of Copper Dragon Golden Pippin which was a very nice well kept beer, the other beers i noted were Tetley bitter,Taylor Landlord,Black Sheep bitter and Thwaites Wainwright.
The pub was quite busy with a more mature crowd.
I quite liked this pub.
