Alan Winfield left this review about The Bridge

The Bridge was a large roadside pub situated on the main road to the East of the town centre.
Once inside the pub had two large rooms that i noticed, there was a basic bar with a pool table and bench seating and a smarter lounge.
The pub was a John Smiths tied house with no real ales on the bar,i had a drink of keg John Smiths bitter which was fizzy.
It is a shame that this pub has now bitten the dust.
