Linked to Barristers next door via an opened out corridor, this is more of a pub. This is one, huge, L shaped room with loads of TVs showing both racing and golf and a quiz machine. There's some nice metalwork in here and loads of pictures around the walls. The bar was sporting 4 handpumps and a friendly barmaid. My pint of Black Edge Pale was in good nick and they offer a 20p CAMRA discount. Every time the door opened there was some very loud music blasting in from the outside courtyard, which was a bit of a negative. Overall it's a decent enough place to have a pint. Note that the description and opening times on Whatpub is complete garbage and they definitely sell real ale.
