The White Hart isn’t the easiest pub to find, I could hear the football top wearing locals in the front beer garden before I set eyes on the building. The inside is a bit maze like and I think the owner may have needed to shift product from his wood panelling business. There are televisions throughout for airing Sky Sports and I noted the presence of a pool table and dartboard. I didn’t spot any hand pumps on the bar counter that runs across the rear wall, just standard and premium keg. I wasn’t a fan of this place and will walk past next time.

More of a restaurant/winebar to me, but nevertheless there were six ales on handpump. We ordered two halves of Everards Tiger and were asked to pay £4.40! Straight away, I said surely you have made a mistake. We were told that it was right and if we buy our next half it was only 75p with a Camra card. This is very misleading, I asked to see the manager, but he wasn't in until six. I was told prices were displayed down the far end of the pub on their pricelist board. The beer was also on the turn, no other customers here on our lunchtime visit, no wonder.
