Pump It Up, Belper

I don't like visiting new venues during their opening week let alone on the Friday evening of that week. I only found out about this one a short while earlier from the friendly landlady of the Angels Micropub. It's small so it was full and I counted just twelve people. The tiny room seemed to be decorated entirely in white. There were four beers available but I didn't have time and it was too busy to identify them all. I had a Dancing Duck DCUK (£3.00) which was excellent. I'd like to return here to get a better feel for what it's like but more importantly to get an answer to the burning question as to whether it's named after the Elvis Costello song which is said to be Jeremy Vine's all time favourite track. I've given it a provisional 8 as instinct tells me I would like it at a more normal time.
