Beeches Hotel, West Bridgford, Nottingham

Oscars Bar is a fairly large bar that is in the Beeches Hotel. Once inside there is a large room with the bar to the left,the room is carpeted and had wood tables and chairs,there was a more comfortable aera close to the front windows,this had a comfy leather bench seat and some comfortable chairs,this area was quite busy with upmarket drinkers. There was a large seperate dining room to the front left and another dining area down a step just passed the bar. There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Harvest Pale which was a very nice drink,the other beer was Castle Rocks Preservation. This bar was very smart and had a nice laid back atmosphere. This is the sort of bar you could take your mother or grandmother to. Pub visited 16/2/2013
