Tafarn Y Porth (JD Wetherspoon), Caernarfon

This is housed on the ground floor of a rather drab looking square building. Inside it's not too bad consisting of a bright but low ceilinged room with a curved bar on the left and a patio through some glass doors to the right. The furnishings are fairly typical. The bar has two sets of five hand pumps which had 3 ciders (one available soon), the two GK beers, Big Bog Hinky Punk & Spring Bog, Moorhouse White Mist, Brain's Reverend James and Wold Top Wold Gold. I went for the local Big Bog Hinky Punk which was in very good nick. It's not a great Spoons but I thought it was better than average especially for a relatively small place like Caernarfon.
