The Hanover, Sheffield

The Hanover is a small corner pub that is in a quiet area just off the busy hanover way. Once inside the pub has two seperate rooms,the room to the right had a pool table in it,this room was empty,the main drinking room is to the left,this is a small oblong shaped room with the bar on the right side,there are two bench seats at either end of the room,there was a TV high up on a metal beam in the middle of the room,this was showing the Spurs V Fulham game. There are three pumps on the bar all unused,i had a drink of keg Stones bitter which was decent enough,the other bitter was John Smiths smooth crap. The pub was fairly busy with older male drinkers on my Saturday dinnertime visit. I really liked the look of this pub from the outside,i was also quite happy drinking in this pub. If you happen to be in this area of Sheffield,give this one a go,these types of pubs are dissapearing fast. Pub visited 19/4/2014
