A very fine glazed tiled Mitchells and Butler exterior is the highlight here,the interior has less of interest.The bar is to the right of the front door and contains a darts board,flat screen and some quite boisterous laddish customers on my early Friday evening visit.The room to the left of the entrance has leather bound banquettes and is a lot calmer.The three handpumps were dispensing Hobgoblin,Banks's Bitter and Wychwood Boon Doggle in poor shape but cheap at £2.60 If you want a city centre boozer atmosphere this place will suit,but probably not worth a special trip if on a crawl.
