The Junction, Redhill

Imposing Brewers Tudor pub, located in a prime position at the junction of High Street and Station Road, formerly an O'Neills and originally called the Wheatsheaf apparently. Plenty of interesting features all over the exterior - really worth a good look in daylight. However, the inside has been completely rearranged and refurbished in 2008 with smart modern furniture and decor. One small raised area and some lounge furniture towards the back. The upstairs seems to operate as a Thai restaurant, and some of the ground floor tables are also laid up for dining. Four handpumps offering Greene King IPA and Old Speckled Hen, Directors (£3.20) and a reversed clip for Old Hooky.
