Very good,the barwoman graciously offered to remove the (wretched) sparklers when she noted our conversation about same,and the beer was excellent and keenly priced at around £2.60 a pt.

Its a real pub that serves real ale, enough said. The stff are great and theres live music twice a week, lots of different groups often with a folk music theame! Lots of continental brews on offer as well
