 A good pint, but the place is grubby. Service is awful, unless you like monosyllabic grunts of "Cheers" or "There yer go". Rowdy & foulmouthed behaviour is tolerated - even encouraged. NOT RECOMMENDED!

 This is a Beefeater Inn, so food always available. They have a restaurant upstairs. Take your Nectar card you get points for food. No real ale. Nice bar area and there is no smoking at all inside. Smoking permitted in the garden/patio area. It is on ... [more>]
