Surprised to come across this pub.Thought I had visited all the Borough pubs.Havent missed much.Nice enough and busy.Youngs -waggle dance (dull) and Wandle were the choices.Nice rear space. | |

A plaque on the wall outside proclaims that this is on the site of the Jolly Sailor, built in 1810, which was the oldest pub in South Norwood. So, this pub must be a rebuild then. Anyway, this is one of those places that looks like a half decent pub ... [more>] | |

Nice smart comfortable pub.Busy with diners and drinkers.Outside seating to the rear. GK-Radio x and Blackwolf -Rok were among the 4 cask beers on.Like this one. | |

Bit of a bland pub.High tables and stools sort of place.About 15 keg beers on and Hoegaarden was good.Didnt notice any cask beers? | |
