Very busy pub with TV's on showing football. The bar served 2 areas and most folk were in the bar area as the other seemed set more for diners. We chose Brain FirKing Good and Bewdley Worcester Way, both of which were good. Signed cricket bats on the bar.

I found this well run pub to have a good relaxed atmosphere and well kept ales. The pub was traditional in deco with carpets, wood panelling. A central bar and a small right handside lounge with wallpaper and painted olive coloured panelling. Lots of pictures of cricket and country scenes. Four ales on handpump, we went for the Bewdley Worcestershire Way and Wye Valley Butty Bach. Well worth a visit this one.

A terraced Georgian styled town centre pub. It is in a plain white upper, with white stucco and black painted lower. The windows have been sympathetically replaced. There is a nice Georgian doorway in black, with pilasters and pediment.
The interior in an L-shaped room in wood panel and white, with a white ceiling (with a few beams) and a patterned carpet. There is a brick fire and the place is populated by the old round copper tables. The main thing in this place is that the walls are covered in various kinds of cricking memorablia; cartoons, photos and cards. It really is a place of interest. They do food, but we had just missed the serving time, so can't comment on that. I didn't see a TV and the music was general stuff at a decent level. The service was very friendly and there were a number of, what felt like, local clientele.
Beer; usual tap stuff with 3 handpulls; with Black Sheep bitter a decent Hook Norton Hooky Bitter and another that i failed to note, but wasn't too exciting.
I really liked the pub for the memorabilia and atmosphere. The beer choice was a little basic, buth the Hook Norton came to the rescue! I would definitely return.
