The new owners MGD(Beverley) Ltd have also applied for an alcohol & music licence. So I guess the future is uncertain.

Hickling Gray Associates has applied to East Riding Council to convert the Oddfellows Arms in Eastgate, Beverley, into three homes. The pub, which took its name from the town's Oddfellows Lodges, is believed to date back to 1840.

Handy for the train station. Old style interior serving 3 real ales. The pub has a pool table and a dartboard.
