Old Boots left this review about The Queens Head
Long thin pensioner dining pub, the further back you go the more dining it is and I thought, the older the clientele. Three pulls on the counter end nearest the door, Theakstons Best Bitter, Greene King IPA and Old Speckled Hen. Other than the punters there are a few old bits and some bench seating but mainly it’s bland modernish makeover.

The Queens Head is a decent loking pub on the smaller wednesday market
We went in the room at the front ime not sure if there are any more rooms here,the pub is quite comfortable and there are three real ales on the bar i had John Smiths cask and this was a decent drink there was also Sharpes Doom Bar and Old Speckled Hen.
This is a decent enough pub to have a few drinks in.
