Blackthorn _ left this review about The Globe Inn
Conveniently situated just opposite the station, this is a single room pub that manages to fit in a whole range of styles. At one end there's an area more geared up for dining with attractive exposed stonework. It then runs through a conventional lounge bar in the middle in to a sports bar at the opposite end with a pool table and a dart board.
There's a reasonable sized patio out the front, which was a popular spot on a recent Sunday afternoon visit. There's a number of flower troughs around the edge, and the ashtrays are made from scallop shells, just to remind you that you're in Cornwall's second biggest fishing port.
Beers on offer were Skinner's Betty Stogs, Doom Bar and Tribute. Ciders were Blackthorn and Cornsh Rattler.
