Family-run pub just off the main drag. Appeals to clientele right across the board, from students to older couples and elderly neighbours. Pool table, digital download jukebox, food served lunchtimes 7 days a week. Excellent Sunday lunches and good value for money. Has featured in Good Beer Guide for last four years. Beer prices among the lowest in town. Quiz nights every Wednesday, open mic night Thursday, pool team, big screen for Sky Sports.
