Old Boots left this review about New Inn

Small two bar traditional pub tucked away in a back street. Two pulls in the left hand bar one to the right, Black Sheep Bitter and Ossett Blonde on today. The right hand bar has darts and banquette seating, the left has banquette seating but no darts. It’s a nice pub.

Alan Winfield left this review about The New Inn

The New Inn is a nice looking stone built pub that is just up cemetery road from the Albert.
Once inside this is quite a small pub, there is a very small cosy lounge to the front, this room is oblong shaped, carpeted and has very comfy bench seating and small stools, quiet background music was playing, there is a small narrow bar to the rear which is far more basic, there is a darts board in this room.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Youngs London Gold which was a nice drink, the other beer was Bombardier.
The lounge was quite busy in this very pleasant pub.
