Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about New Dolphin Inn

Traditional-looking pub (but not obviously any newer than its namesake about a mile away on the other side of the town centre). Remodelled and refurbished at some stage to leave small seating areas at each end of the side counter, with a lounge on the other side of the entrance corridor with a pool room behind that. Simply furnished and decorated in lighter shades than one might expect. Black Sheep and Landlord (£3.10) available from the pair of handpumps.

The New Dolphin Inn is a decent looking stone built pub.
Once inside the pub has been opened out,but still retains three separate drinking areas, the main bar room is to the right, this room is oblongish in shape and runs to the rear of the pub,the bar is on the right side, there is comfy bench seating where the room is carpeted, there is a TV to the rear which was showing horse racing, there is a room to the left which is square shaped and has bench seating and small stools, the other room is to the rear left which is a pool room, there is another TV in this room which was showing the West Ham V Liverpool game.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Black Sheep bitter which was a decent drink, the other beer was Bombardier.
This is a decent pub that was fairly busy on my Saturday dinner visit.
