Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Lyndon

Large 1930s? pub retaining a three-bar layout, including quite a big 'snug', with the substantial rear lounge having additional seating on a slightly raised area at the back. Functional wooden furniture and normally sparse decor enlivened with flags for the Six Nations rugby. Slightly surprisingly, Wainwright, Adnams Ghost Ship and Wye Valley Butty Bach (£3.40) were available from the various handpumps on both counters. It also does food, but only until 19:00, and was well patronised on a Wednesday evening.
