It's good to see this building reverting to use as a pub, though the building still retains some of the accoutrements of its restaurant guise, such as the glass doors, which are not very pub-like. I popped in to see what beers were on, but unfortunately the two hand pumps featured only GK IPA and Sharps Doom Bar. Maybe I'd been spoilt by my earlier visit to the Luton Beer Festival just round the corner, because I just couldn't summon up sufficient enthusiasm to ask for either of these. I did an about turn and went to the Bricklayers Arms, 200 metres along the road.
