'Blobby' John (ex Claremount Club) & Pam (of Puzzle Hall fame) have very recently teamed up to put 'The Murg' back on the map. With their wealth of experience and friendly welcome they provide a great atmosphere in a lovely pub. There are lots of pub related activities e.g. pool, karaoke, quizzes, etc. going on and they are always open to suggestions. The kitchen will be back in working order in February providing a mouth watering selection of brilliantly cooked meals. The hand-pulled Landlord and Black Sheep are already very popular and guest beers will be available soon. John has made a great job of providing a smoker friendly area to the rear. I am sure John and Pam have the secret recipe for success.
