The Butchers Arms is a nice looking pub that is situated in a nice village location. There is a nice garden to the front of the pub with picnic tables,once inside the pub has got one room with the bar the bar facing there were normal tables and chairs and the pub seemed fairly basic but in a nice way. This pub is a Hook Norton tied house and there were three real ales on here but no pumps on the bar the beer was in barrels behind the bar,i had a drink of Hookey bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beers were Hookey Gold and Old Hookey. The pub normally closes at 3.00 in the afternoon but we fell lucky as there was going to be a singer appearing later so the pub was open all day. This is a nice pub in a nice quiet village.
