The Railwaymans Arms, Bridgnorth

The Railwaymans Arms is in an old station building on Bridgenorth's train station. Once inside there is a single L shaped room with the bar on the rear left side,the room is carpeted,the seating in bench seating and small stools. There was a good choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Bathams Bitter,which went down very well,the other beers noted were Hobsons Mild,Hobsons Bitter,Hobsons Town Crier,Box Steam Piston Broke and Dancing Duck Abduction. If you like looking at steam trains there seemed to be loads of them around the station platforms that i noticed when going to the toilets. The pub was packed on our Saturday dinner visit,but we did manage to get a seat. We both thought this was a very pleasant pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 29/4/2017

No changes here , still a very good pub , my pint of Bewdley Worcestershire Way was spot on and drunk out on the platform watching the steam trains go about their duties . Well worth a visit .
