The Millstream, Hitchin

The Millstream is a nice looking pub that is close to a stream and not the junction of Willian Road. Once inside there is a roughly L shaped room with the bar on the rear right side,the floor is bare boarded,there is comfy bench seating and small stools to the front and a raised area to the left,the rear area looked like it was more for diners. The pub is a McMullens tied house which pleased me,there were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of McMullens AK,which was a very nice drink,there was also MCMullens 1827 and IPA on the bar. I thought this was a pleasant pub in a decent setting that is well away from the middle of Hitchin. Pub visited 17/6/2017
