Former British Legion Club, now reopened as a pub. One large room with a bar against one wall giving a similar atmosphere to it's former club use.

A modern pub and diner on the ground floor of a dockside warehouse conversion with smart residential flats above. The concrete floors are carpeted, and the walls are largely exposed brickwork. It’s open plan, though the division into different zone... [more>]

A cocktail bar under a new build on St Peters Square. It's just a square box full of tables. I couldn't have a drink as the bar was 3 deep with orange women going to either the Spice Girls or Westlife concerts. It's a crap place, but I knew that befo... [more>]

Looks like a cocktail bar possibly with the odd keg / bottle not open when I passed and I won’t bother passing again.

Late opening bar, it advertises draught, not open when I looked but it doesn’t look good.

Another night time venue that may or may not sell something other than overpriced national kegs.

The Barum Top Inn (JD Wetherspoon) Recommended by Old Boots |
A two level spoons with a semicircular counter straight ahead when entering and low table and chair seating around taller tables and stools in the middle. There’s a mezzanine floor above with more tables and chairs. Five plus five bank of pulls inter... [more>]

The clues in the name it’s a gin bar with a few boring bottles of beer in the fridge. Should never have been put on this site!

Three keg taps, ok to have just beer if you would like to pay £2.55 (!)for a half of 3.9% Vocation bread & butter! Yes I questioned it and was told half jokingly it’s very special beer - bollocks. Basically avoid the whole Piece Hall tourist trap.
