A charity owned theatre bar in a grade II listed former church. 'Not for profit' so prices are pretty decent, but no real ale sadly. |

The Quay can be found listed in the Good Beer Guide but it was quite frankly disappointing. The interior is modern and lacks character, whilst the solitary cask ale was Dark Star Hophead. It seems that in the 13 years since the last reviews, the pub... [more>] |

We were disappointed to find this pub closed for the first couple of weeks of 2025. The lights were on outside, but inside was in darkness. Hopefully, I will get the chance to give it a try some other day. |

It's a fair walk from the nearest railway station (Blundellsands & Crosby) to this micropub which can be found in the latest Good Beer Guide. It is another good addition to the local micropub scene, but probably not the finest example of its kind in ... [more>] |

Fairly new bar/micropub opened in a former shop not too far from Waterloo station. Apparently, they have been open around 6 months. The single room is fairly small with the bar occupying the far end. Dogs are welcome and there was definitely a smell... [more>] |
