No cask. Keg offering dominated by Guinness occupying 7 out of 16 taps on the bar counter. Madri took 3 taps, Alpacalypse took 3 taps and then Madri the remaining 3 taps.

New venue, trying to create an upmarket Irish pub experience. The bar occupies the front triangle and the restaurant behind the rear triangle of a square overall venue. The bar counter runs along the rear side and sits on a tile skirt, the rest of the venue dark bare boarded. Ledges, some with stools some just for vertical drinking provides the majority of the places to stand or sit with your pint (probably Guinness) here. There is a dark green studded banquette around the front apex of the triangle serving small tables with a mass of small stools around each. A glass head high screen along the internal drinking ledge shelters the banquettes from the standing masses. The room is wood panelled, as is the frontage of the bar counter and the rear wall houses some decorative Guinness barrels plus a couple of screens showing re-runs of weekend Irish racing action on my visit absent sound, that provided, not surprisingly by a jaunty Irish soundtrack. Dark green velvet curtains at either end of the bar counter screens off the restaurant, which was busy on my visit.
