Bar atmosphere rather than country pub but very welcoming. Carvery looked good on Sunday and food is served during the week including oven cooked pizza which I like. Service was friendly, real ales available. Seating outside was good with umbrellas but the car park was full, not a bad sign though. Over all an enjoyable experience although maybe a bit crowded.
