Quattro Lounge, Hertford

A very new addition to the Loungers chain,it has an identikit interior with a long ,shiny,real ale free bar to the left side,and lots of dining tables around the rest of the L shaped interior which isn't that large.
There is a real focus on food here,there is even a "wait to be Seated " sign but this does not preclude just drinking.I popped in at lunchtime,but may update once i've been in the evening to see if this does transmogrify into an evening bar from a cafe during the day.The riverside terrace is not used at present and there is still building going on at this very new development.Maybe once it's weathered in,outside tables may lead to a different vibe in good weather but first impressions were that it's a little dull and predictable.
