Al Bundy left this review about Scotts Cellar Bar

A bottle and spirits off licence/bar on the corner of Seel St and road leading to Wolstenholme Sq. Despite its name it is neither a cellar nor, in the proper sense, a bar. There is no draught beers of any kind here but you can buy and drink any of the very reasonably priced bottled or canned beers on the premises. Bottled beers are real ale and craft beers with canned fizzshite pushed to an obscure corner. Despite there only being bottled real ale its still by far the best place on the whole of Seel St.
