New(ish) micro-pub, offering something a bit different to this small seaside town. The setup is as you would expect, although there is more space inside than most, with a single table and a couple of chairs at the front, a pair of tables by the bar behind that but another (larger) room beyond that. A single small metal table is also available on the front pavement. Up to four casks of real ale are kept in a cool cabinet on the bar-back, and at any one time, three of these are connected to handpumps. On my visit, I found Greene King's London Glory and a couple of local beers from Romney Marsh: Golden and American Pale Ale (£3.80, and in good condition).
