Cafe bar in the Talyllyn Steam Railway station. Straightforward layout with the inevitable rail memorabilia on the walls. There’s seating outside on the platform and it was a very pleasant way to enjoy my pint, with the trains chuffing in and out. Two pumps with a single cask on, Purple Moose Glaslyn, which was good (NBSS 3.5). Also an impressive selection of bottles in the fridge from Welsh breweries, a sensible strategy. Well worth a stop off.
