This pub is in a row of buildings and has a nice black and white exterior.

The interior is open plan and was suprisingly modern. It had white walls with some black beams and various odd ephemera and a nice fireplace. There was a dartboard and TV with Xfactor. Added to this were the sofas and twigs that seem to be appearing. They did food but i didnt eat. The gaffer was really friendly and i chatted to him for a while, as there was nobody else in. The bar was very small and in light wood.

Beer; all tap stuff except a fine Otter Ale on handpull.

Too many modern touches and not enough real ale, however i prefer here to the Cannon.
